We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

2. Use of Services

BioLink grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your personal or business purposes, subject to these terms.

You agree not to: use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; violate any laws in your jurisdiction; transmit any viruses or harmful code; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity of our services.

You retain ownership of all content you post or publish through BioLink. By using our services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

You are solely responsible for your content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Intellectual Property

BioLink and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by BioLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of that software.

6. Paid Plans and Billing

Some features of BioLink require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as they become due. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice of any price changes. Continued use of the paid services after price changes take effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified amount.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BioLink shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of our services.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
